{"id":604,"date":"2021-04-16T18:38:16","date_gmt":"2021-04-16T18:38:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ifaa-archery.org\/blog\/?p=604"},"modified":"2021-04-18T11:51:07","modified_gmt":"2021-04-18T11:51:07","slug":"regional-news-europe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ifaa-archery.org\/blog\/regional-news-europe\/","title":{"rendered":"Regional News &#8211; Europe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>European Council Meeting<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As the 2020 European Council meeting was <strong>postponed<\/strong> due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a need to schedule a meeting,<br>especially as the Chairman and Secretary need to be elected this year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tournaments have to be discussed. EBHC France has been postponed one more year (EBHC 2022). Finland\u2019s bid for EBHC 2022 is deferred to 2023 pending a final bid due to be presented and voted on to ratify the event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Possible proposals for the World Council Meeting will be discussed and selected to be able to submit them in time for the WCM. Delegates will receive invitations and instructions on how to join the virtual conference call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>EIAC 2022<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration for the 2022 European Indoor Archery Championships (EIAC 2022) is open.&nbsp; The tournament is scheduled for 16 to 19 March 2022 and will be hosted in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seinajoki.fi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sein\u00e4joki<\/a><\/strong>, Finland.&nbsp; Visit the tournament <a href=\"https:\/\/eiac2022.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>webpage<\/strong> <\/a>for more information.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Updates regarding the European Council Meeting.
